Our efficient and friendly technicians can provide the necessary routine maintenance and repairs required for your system at scheduled times throughout the year, as well as during any emergency.
PM Technologies offers multiple residential generator maintenance packages to meet the varying needs of our customers. Our most basic package covers the minimum manufacturers recommendations for routine generator maintenance, but if you prefer to be more proactive in protecting your standby power investment, we also offer additional maintenance packages with expanded service and priority emergency service.

Priority Response
If you want the ultimate protection, our Best package is for you! Our Priority Response program guarantees our customers with critical power needs a fast response and strategic course of action if there is a problem with your generator during a power outage. Service call pricing dependent on normal hours, after hours, or emergency service.
*** Priority Response Services calls: Flat rate $100.00, $94.00 per hour (Normal Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. $96.00 per hour (Same day response / After 4:00 om M-F / Saturday) 2 hours minimum. Emergency Call: Emergency call flat rate $185.00, $96.00 per hour (same day response / after hours 4:00 pm M-F / Saturday $115.00 per hour (Sunday or Holidays) plus parts used. **All Emergency calls that require same day response will be subject to a two (2) hour minimum labor charge**
Regardless of which PM Tech Preventative Maintenance Package you choose, our team will provide a comprehensive inspection of your generator’s major systems during your scheduled maintenance. Any minor operational issues are included in the scope of work, and will be resolved during the visit. If any major operational issues are identified, they will be quoted for a follow-up visit.
